Hello,

As you did not attend your booked virtual meeting, you will need to rebook a meeting with a Customer Service Expert. Please click the following link and book a time at your convenience:

Virtual Identity Validation Meeting Booking

This meeting will be hosted on Microsoft Teams, you must attend yourself (no representative), and you must have your camera on during the call to confirm your identity. Please ensure you have your government-issued ID ready, as you will be asked to show it to the Customer Service Expert during the meeting. This meeting must be completed before we are able to create your account with the CRNA.
