Confirmation of Renewal in Provisional Nurse Program

Hello {{RegistrantFirstName}},

Thank you for confirming that you wish to remain in the Provisional Nurse Program, your spot on the Provisional Register has been maintained.

If you do not write and pass your registration exam before {{FormatDate ProvisionalTermEnd}}, you will be removed from the Provisional Registrar and your provisional permit (and the ability to practice under supervision) will be revoked. There are no further renewal periods for the Provisional Register.

When you write and pass your registration exam, you will immediately leave the provisional register and be granted a full practice permit.

Please note, the total time allotted to pass your nursing exam is independent of the Provisional Nurse Program, as you have 3 years from your education program completion date.
