Hello {{RegistrantFirstName}},

As you have failed the NCLEX-RN exam twice, your provisional permit has been revoked, and you have been removed from the Provisional Registrar. You can no longer practice under supervision, nor are you considered a graduate nurse (GN). If you were working during this time, your employer has been notified that you cannot continue practicing.

You must book a meeting with a Registered Nurse Consultant at the CRNA to discuss your next steps:

Provisional Meeting Booking

Please note, the total time allotted to pass your nursing exam is independent of the Provisional Nurse Program, as you have 2 years from your education program completion date.

When you are prepared to write your exam, please click here, and select the Request NCLEX-RN Exam registrant service. This service will begin the Eligibility and Authorization to Test (ATT) processes.

If you require more information about this process, please reach out to us by email at registration@nurses.ab.ca or by phone at 1.800.252.9392.
