Removal From Provisional Nurse Program

Thank you for informing the CRNA that you do not wish to stay in the Provisional Nurse Program. Your permit has been revoked as of today, and you can no longer practice under supervision, nor will you be considered a Graduate Nurse (GN).

Please note, the total time allotted to pass your nursing exam is independent of the Provisional Nurse Program, as you have 2 years from your education program completion date.

If you wish to rejoin the Provisional Nurse Program for the remainder 6-month period, you may email registration@nurses.ab.ca with this request.
