CRNA: Return to Practice Instructions

Thank you for contacting the CRNA. Please follow the steps below apply to return to practice as an RN/NP in Alberta.

Steps to return to practice:

1. Log in to your College Connect account.
2. Navigate to Manage Your Practice.
3. Select Return to Practice.
4. Pick designation.
5. Read the information and start your application.
6. Complete and submit application.

Return to practice applications have no additional fees. For return to practice and renewal applications, registrants are required to purchase the same CNPS liability insurance and pay the CRNA’s annual permit fees.
