CRNA Application: Continuing Competence Not Eligible

You have been determined to not be eligible for a practice permit due to the continuing competency program (CCP) application step, which is a requirement as stated in the Health Professions Act section 40(1)(b).

If you have new evidence to support the completion of this application step, or if you wish to withdraw your application, please contact the CRNA. If you have paid the nursing permit fee it will be refunded, but the account creation fee is non-refundable.
