CRNA Application: Currency of Practice Not Met and Withdrawal

Thank you for applying to practice in Alberta. In your most recent communication with the CRNA, you attested you do not meet the currency of practice requirement.

Your application will be withdrawn, and if you already have paid the permit fee it will be refunded. The account creation fee is non-refundable.
