CRNA Application: English Language Proficiency Withdrawal

In your most recent communication with the CRNA, you attested that you don’t meet the English language proficiency requirement, nor are you going to complete an English language assessment exam.

Per your request, we have withdrawn your application with the CRNA. If you have already paid the permit fee, we will refund the payment. The account creation fee is non-refundable.
