CRNA Application: Nursing Education Application Type Change

Per your recent application with the CRNA, we have determined that based on your nursing education, you are not eligible for the pathway you started on. We do believe that you may be eligible for _______ pathway type, and so we have made that change. 

The next time you view your open application, you may notice some changes to the requirements needed. Anything you had previously completed that can be carried over, has been.
