CRNA Application: Nursing Education RNCCAP Results

Hello {{RegistrantFirstName}},

We have received your RNCCAP results from Touchstone Institutes. Unfortunately, it has found you to not be eligible for a nursing permit in Alberta due to your nursing education. You have failed the nursing education application step, which is a requirement for a practice permit as stated in the Health Professions Act section 28(2)(c). Due to this, your nursing permit application has been closed. If you have paid the nursing permit fee it will be refunded, but the account creation fee is non-refundable.

If you wish to apply again in the future, we first recommend completing a Bridging Program, which you can read more about here.

You do not need a referral from the CRNA to apply to one of these programs. The successful completion of one of these courses may make you eligible for an RN permit in the future.
