CRNA: Online Banking Payment Options

Hello {{RegistrantFirstName}},

If you need to make a payment to the CRNA with a method other than a credit card, you can use online banking.

You will need to set up the CRNA as a payee with your bank, then you can set the amount and frequency of the payment(s). The total amounts will be added to your College Connect account as a credit to be used on an application or renewals.

The amounts can vary with each payment and can be made as often as you like, on a regular schedule or randomly throughout the year. If you are paying for your annual renewal with this method, please make sure we receive the full amount by September 30.

You do not need to inform the CRNA of this action in advance. Log in to you online or telephone banking account to make a bill payment. If you are unsure how to pay bills online, please contact your bank.

Add the CRNA as a payee. You will need your Bill Payment Account Number, which you can find in College Connect under "My Profile", here. You can then set up automatic withdrawals or manually pay online at the time of your choosing. Any funds paid to the CRNA will be added as a credit to your account, to be used for any future fees due.

Please note transferring funds through online banking may take time. We do not recommend using this option if your fees are due soon.

If you require more assistance, please contact us by email at registration@nurses.ab.ca or by phone at 1.800.252.9392. Ensure you include your CRNA registration number with all email correspondence.
