CRNA Application: Required Courses Recommendation for CDS Education

In your recent application, you attached evidence of CDS Education in the required courses step. However, upon review, the CRNA has determined this is not on the list of approved CDS Education courses.

To complete this requirement, you must provide evidence of successful completion of one of the following courses:

• Prescription and Management of Controlled Drugs and Substances, from Athabasaca University.
• CDSA Module (PHAR-1604), from Saskatchewan Polytechnic.
• Prescription Narcotics and Controlled Substances, from University of Ottawa/Council of Ontario University Programs in Nursing.

When you have passed one of these courses, please reply to this email and attach proof of completion, such as a transcript.
