I regret to inform you your application for an additional authorization for a nurse practitioner (NP stream of practice has not been approved.

Your authorization was not approved at this time as one or more of the following requirements were not met:

• Successful completion of an approved education program for Nurse Practitioner in the stream of practice you are seeking to authorize.
• Successful completion of the relevant nurse practitioner exam.

If you should meet the requirements above in the future, you may reapply to the registrar to have your application reassessed.
