CRNA: Approval of RN Prescribing Authorization

I am pleased to be emailing to inform you that you are now authorized for RN prescribing schedule 1 drugs (except controlled drugs and substances) and ordering diagnostic tests.

Please find attached the decision letter along with a letter you will have to send to Alberta Health with the Referral Provider Information form should you apply for a practitioner ID.
