CRNA Application: Currency of Practice Information Required

1. Complete the attached Currency and Competence Plan as it is designed to support you in recording specific details surrounding your circumstances and develop a plan to meet the currency of practice requirement.

You can scan documents (word or PDF preferred) and email them to casemanagement@nurses.ab.ca.

Please note that failure to meet the above deadline may result in a decision being made on your application based on the limited information we have to date.

Our decision could be to approve, approve with conditions, or refuse your application for a RN permit.

You may continue to practice on your ____ RN practice permit until a decision is made on your 2025 RN practice permit application even after September 30.
