CRNA: RESPONSE REQUIRED - Registration Committee Meeting

The Registration Committee will review your file on _____________ between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. We will contact you only if the Committee has questions or requires clarification from you.

Please confirm the best phone number we can reach you. 

The Committee is meeting virtually; therefore, is unable to call out to you. A CRNA staff member will call you to share the call-in details and ask you to call into the teleconference line (for the discussion). Once the discussion is over, you will hang up, and the meeting will continue.

During the teleconference there will be at most 9 Committee members, 2-4 CRNA staff and 1 meeting recorder. Everyone present will introduce themselves, but afterward, the Chair will likely be the only person addressing you. In the event the Committee does not have questions or clarifications and feel they have enough information to proceed with their decision without speaking to you, you will not receive a call.

You will receive a call from _____________ informing you of the Committee’s decision following the adjournment of the ______________ Registration Committee meeting. You can expect this call early the following week. You will also receive formal notification of this decision after the meeting.
