CRNA Application: Nursing Exams Authorization to Test Data Error

Hello,

The CRNA has received information from Pearson VUE indicating that you are seeking to write your NCLEX-RN exam. In the process of confirming your information in our records, we were unable to validate your details. The issue is one of the following:

1. You are not yet registered with the CRNA, so we have no information on file for you as an applicant.
2. You are registered with the CRNA but you did not go through our Request NCLEX-RN Registrant Service, so we have yet to confirm you eligibility to write the exam.
3. You are registered with CRNA and requested the service, but there is a data mismatch on file (name, date of birth, email, etc.).

To continue, you must book a meeting with a Customer Service Expert at the link below to discuss this exam request further.

Until this is rectified, you will not be granted the Authority to Test (ATT) and your exam request will be paused.
