As you were on the Provisional Nurse Program previously, the information we have on file in your initial application requires a refresh before we can issue you your permit.

Please log into College Connect and review your application. Some information has been completed on your behalf from what we already had on file, and some requires you to re-complete (such as Currency to Practice).

Wait for us to approve your registration and practice permit before starting orientation and work. You cannot practise nursing, including any orientation (unless you currently possess a valid graduate nurse permit) or use the protected title registered nurse or the initials RN in Alberta until your permit is approved.
