Thank you for having your previous nurse practitioner (NP) exam results sent to the CRNA. However, upon review, we find them to be inadmissible due to either a failed result, or an exam type we do not accept for your stream of practice.
To continue your application process and have a nurse practitioner permit issued, you will need to write and pass the relevant NP exam. To begin this process with us, please select the Request NP Exam from our registrant services.
